How long does it take for the order to be delivered to me?
We dispatch our products from Monday to Saturday and it takes approximately 5-10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. We try our best to ensure that the order is delivered to you within the estimated time. However, if in case there is delay, please do not worry. Get in touch with us at email@example.com.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB) and courier partner name will be sent to you via email. You can visit the courier partner website and enter the AWB number to track the current shipment location and expected day of delivery.
Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same box?
We try our best to dispatch the products in one shipment. However, sometimes we may dispatch them in multiple shipments to ensure that the product reaches you safely.
What if I receive a damaged product?
We do stringent quality checks before packaging and shipping orders. However, if you do receive a damaged or defective product, simply get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving the order with pictures at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of the rest.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we only deliver in India. However, we can do international delivery for bulk orders on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us at email@example.com for international delivery or bulk orders.
