Is my purchase eligible for returns?
Most of our products can be returned or exchanged. However, given the nature of our products, some items may not eligible for a return. In that case, the same is mentioned on the product page. We have a 7-day return/exchange policy as long as the product is unused, unwashed and returned with all the original packaging and tags.
What is the process to return the product?
To return a product, contact us at email@example.com. Please mention the order number, pick up address, product you wish to return and the reason for return.
If the product you received is damaged or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours with images of the item.
Once the return request is initiated, we will arrange for a reverse pickup. A representative from the courier company will pickup the product from you in 2-5 working days. Please keep the parcel ready and packaged as you have received it with all the tags and original packing intact. Please ensure the product you return is unused and unwashed.
When will I receive a refund?
Allow us a few days to receive the product and do a quality check. It will take us approximately 7-15 working days from the day of pickup to process your refund. Any refund will be made to the original method of payment.
